Based on your physical assessment, I will create a custom training plan personalized to you. I also offer small group training, if you feel more comfortable with friends to keep you accountable to reach your goals. I can also create weekly menus, and assist with any meal prep. My main focus is to help you reach your goals in a fun, creative, positive atmosphere.
